White House Finalizes Negotiated Tariff Order on Japanese Goods

The White House has issued an order to implement tariffs on Japanese goods. The order cements reciprocal tariffs on most Japanese products at 15%, which don't stack with existing tariffs. The deal also opens up market access to US agricultural products, including rice and soybeans.
