Taoyuan Airport's New Terminal 3 Set for 2027 Completion

Taiwan's Taoyuan International Airport is on track to complete its third terminal by the end of 2027. The new terminal will become Taiwan's largest indoor public space and will be served by China Airlines, EVA Air and Starlux, focusing on North American and Southeast Asian routes. Passenger throughput is already expected to top 50 million this year.

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is set to see the completion of its third terminal by the end of 2027.

 

Three national airlines will move into Terminal 3.

 

They are China Airlines, EVA Air and Starlux.

 

They will focus on routes to North America and Southeast Asia, among others.

 

The new terminal will become the country’s largest indoor space when completed. It will massively expand passenger throughput, which is already set to exceed 50 million people this year. Authorities are advising travelers that the skytrain shuttle service between terminals will be halted from July 1 to accommodate the construction work.
