Japanese semiconductor equipment maker Tokyo Electron has confirmed a now-fired employee is involved in an intellectual property case in Taiwan. Correction: The report "FT: Prosecutors Raid Tokyo Electron in TSMC Espionage Case" in this show states that the former TSMC employees have been charged in this case. The three have been arrested, but no charges have yet been made.
