In the heart of Taipei is Taiwan's former air force command headquarters, which has since been repurposed into a space for arts and culture. The site has seen numerous transformations over the years, starting out as a center for industrial research during the Japanese colonial era. Now, Taiwan's premier and culture minister have unveiled Skyward 2026, a massive four-month multimedia initiative event.
