Tainan District Lights Up With Lantern Festival
With a population of just over 4,000, the southern city of Tainan's Zuozhen District is often a quiet place. But the community here has started a new tradition, a lantern and art festival, that brings the community together, draws visitors and introduces outsiders to a part of Taiwan that has more to offer than they might first expect.
