DPP Presidential Candidate Lai Ching-te Rejects 'One China'
Lai Ching-te, Taiwan's vice president and presidential candidate for the ruling Democratic Progressive Party, said at his first campaign rally that any formula for "One China," which holds that Taiwan and China are part of the same country, would lead to Taiwan losing its sovereignty.
