Taiwan Groups Head to Geneva for World Health Assembly
Taiwanese civic groups and academics traveling to Geneva for the World Health Assembly say they aim to highlight Taiwan’s contributions to global healthcare and medical innovation. Taiwan has not been invited to attend the WHA for 10 straight years because of pressure from China, but organizers say this year’s sideline exhibition will showcase Taiwan’s smart healthcare technologies and international medical aid programs.
