Hualien Exhibition Honors Volunteers Who Helped After Deadly Flood
A year after devastating floods struck Hualien's Guangfu Township, a new exhibition is honoring the volunteers who helped the community recover. Called "Unite for Good," the display features rain boots, shovels and train tickets left behind by cleanup crews who traveled there from across Taiwan.
