Northern Taiwan has seen heavy rain and strong winds from Typhoon Dolphin, which has been responsible for injuries to five people and over 200 incidents of damage. The storm, currently classified as a moderate typhoon and expected to weaken, is now moving away from Taiwan and toward China.
