Li Shun-Chih - Their Red, Youthful Days
Li Shun-Chih was a left-wing activist who fought against tyranny of different regimes. During the Japanese rule, he was an avid activist in the farmers’ movement. After the WW2, Li joined the communist party to revolt against the KMT government’s exploitative rule, which lead to his 12-year incarceration in Green Island. After his release from prison, he strived to create solidarity among ex-political prisoners and devoted himself to various social reforms.
