Learn about how one student in Taiwan was able to transform local jam into winning the Grand Prize in the World Jam Competition. Lin Wei-hsun’s jam making story started through curiosity right after graduation. Through over seven years of sleepless efforts, he was able to come up with new layering techniques and adjusting the methods in which fruit is processed. Although jam may seem like is a simple bottle of preserved fruit, making it right requires innovation and patience.
