A type of incense tree unique to the areas around Hong Kong and southern China is at risk of dying out as the rate of illegal poaching skyrockets and climate change accelerates. In response, Hong Kong's scientists have created a database to help authorities catch illegal fellers and provide critical information to replenish the population.
