Hong Kong's district council Elections will only have 88 seats to be decided by public ballot, with 179 seats instead to be chosen by the city's leader John Lee. Candidates will also be screened by a pro-Beijing panel. TaiwanPlus spoke with U.K.-based Sanctuary scholar Michael Mo for more.
