Taiwan Railway Rolls Out Pokémon 30th Anniversary Train

Taiwan Railway is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Pokémon by decking out one of its trains with some of the franchise's most memorable characters. Rail enthusiasts and Pokémon fans can catch the train along its scheduled routes by checking the TRA website. The train makes its maiden voyage from Taiwan Main Station of Friday and is on track to run until December 13th, serving northern, central, southern and western routes. The train is a collaboration between TRA, The Pokemon Company and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi.

Taiwan Railway is joining in on Pokemon's 30th anniversary celebration by decking out one of its trains in the franchise’s favorite characters.

The collaboration between the railway and the Pokémon Company will roll out on its maiden journey from Taipei Main Station on Friday. The train is decorated inside and out with classic Pokémon like Pikachu, Squirtle and Charmander. Rail enthusiasts and Pokémon fans can catch the train by checking train schedules online. It’s on track to run until December 13th.
