Critically Endangered Singapore-Born Shark Ray Released off Taiwan
A critically endangered shark ray pup that was born in captivity in Singapore has been released in waters off Taiwan's east coast. It's the first time Taiwanese conservationists have worked with a transnational team on this species and the first time a shark ray has been reintroduced to the wild in the Pacific.
