Rare Tawny Fish Owl Videos Captured by Taiwan Research Team
Researchers from National Pingtung University and Shei-Pa National Park have captured rare footage of tawny fish owls, Taiwan's largest owl species. Using two livestream cameras, the team is monitoring the brooding process and has put ankle monitors on two chicks to track their movements. This rare documentation provides vital insight into the behavior of these birds, which are native to South and East Asia.
