Cold Surge Hits Taiwan
Taiwan is experiencing its first severe cold front of the year, with the outlying Matsu islands seeing sleet for the first time in almost two decades. Many older and at risk people are finding it hard to cope with the weather, and more than 600 have already been sent to hospital. Jaime Ocon reports.
