US Delegation Visits Taiwan
A group of U.S. lawmakers met with President Tsai Ing-wen in Taiwan on Friday, defying Beijing’s attempts to disrupt their visit. The five members of the U.S. House of Representatives are on a two-day trip, and arrived on Thursday night after visiting military bases in South Korea and Japan. It is the second time in a month that U.S. lawmakers have visited. Rik Glauert reports.
