Sharon Huang is like her homemade chili crisp. She keeps it hot, likes it spicy, and brings fiery enthusiasm to every aspect of her life—literally and figuratively. Growing up, her father shared his love of mala hot pot and showed her how to make chili oil, a flavorful condiment that she was kind enough to share with Morris on set. We’re thrilled to welcome such a dynamic individual with a passion for food, culture, and storytelling. Sharon’s journey has taken her across the globe, where she has embraced the cultural and culinary richness of each place she’s visited. During her time in Turkey, she befriended an Indian classmate whose family welcomed her with open arms. Weekly visits to their home became a delightful ritual, where she enjoyed homemade flatbreads, aromatic curries, and Bollywood movie marathons. These experiences deepened her appreciation for cultural exchange and inspired her adventurous spirit. Sharon likens herself to paella—a dish rich in variety, generous in portion, and perfect for sharing among friends and family. Her warm and inclusive nature shines through as she shares her personal stories and reflections on her travels. From her global adventures to her love for crafting spicy delights, Sharon’s is an inspiring tale of embracing life with passion and joy.
