LNY Family Recipe: Fortunes Blossoms - New Zealand
Having lived in New Zealand for 18 years, Mike Tsao often misses the tastes of Taiwanese street food. This Lunar New Year he chooses to make Fortune’s Blossoms – an iconic small eat made of chitterlings and sausages that is the Taiwanese equivalent of hot dog buns. It not only helps to ease his nostalgia but also introduces his young son to the taste of Tsao’s home country.
