Saving Dolphins in Badouzi - Full Episode
In recent years, the number of cetacean strandings has increased year by year. In the past it’s less than 100 cases per year, there were reached 150 cases per year on average in the past 3 years, a new cetacean rescue station was established in Badouzi Keelung. A spate of cetaceans stranded in the north, seeing the fragility of life and the selfless dedication of experts and volunteers. There are hundreds of reasonable explanations for why cetaceans were supposed to swim in the ocean but stranded, however, we have gradually discovered the impact of human beings to the ocean from cetaceans. We should reflect deeply from our impacts on ocean, and must bear in mind the lessons paid for with blood from cetacean.
