It is very important to protect the environment! Even children understand it. However, while watching Taiwan becoming dirtier and dirtier, we get used to admitting how insignificant and powerless we are. Anyway, no one can change the environment… Is it true? The core of the “Hiin Studio” is a couple who started cleaning up the beaches to protect the turtles. Jen-ping is an expert in convincing people to protect the environment and Kuo Fu is specialized in developing a system that makes protecting the environment fun, allowing the tourists to enjoy their holiday and reduce plastic use at the same time. Together with a group of passionate comrades, they raise the environmental awareness in Xiaoliuqiu and clean up the sea for the turtles’ return, witnessing the rebirth of the island! Then can Taiwan…change as well? On the southwest coast of Taiwan, a huge number of polystyrene blocks are used in oyster farming. After the harvest, the blocks are discarded; floating at sea, they result in an environmental disaster. Therefore, the Hiin group decide to wage war on polystyrene! Nonetheless, facing the large-scaled industry and people’s livelihood, can they succeed? When you finish watching this film, will the trash floating at sea…still have anything to do with you?
