The Belief in Craft: Hang Style Kung Fu
Han Chi-Hsiang, Director of Hang Style Kung. By chance, he discovered that his grandfather was a famous martial artist. He determined to promote the traditional martial arts, setting out on a journey to find his roots. First, he went to the United States to find his uncles at the martial arts school, and then, step by step, he walked through the footprints of his grandfather's past. He found the Kung Fu spirit of his grandfather. He then began to think about how to integrate modern elements in martial arts and rekindle people's love for traditional martial arts. Han opened a martial arts school with a modern style decor, hoping to change the stereotypical image of martial arts. Then he started with physical fitness and self-defense courses to introduce students to martial arts. "What do martial arts practice? It is a kind of harmony, coordination, and balance. So it is not about subjugating people with martial arts, but rather peace with martial arts.
