Innovation: How do Companies Survive the Crisis of the Century?
The outbreak in May 2021 was the most severe challenge to Taiwan during the COVID-19 epidemic. It threatened people's lives and challenged the survival of many companies. People were asked to work from home and stay home. People couldn't dine in restaurants and could only order takeout and food delivery. Movie theaters and KTVs were closed. The tourism industry all but came to a grinding halt. CommonWealth interviewed business owners in the course of the epidemic and discussed how to transform crises into opportunities. The crisis started so fast and spread like fire. Could businesses stand firm and wait for their next opportunities as they did last year?
