Nepal-China Flood: New Barrier Lake Threatens Second Flood

REPORTER:
At least 750 people are now confirmed dead and around 3,000 remain missing after a deadly flash flood devastated communities on the Nepal-China border.

Thousands of disaster workers continue to search for survivors. Rescue efforts are being hampered by bad weather, damaged infrastructure and the threat of further flooding as a new barrier lake forms. Nepal's foreign minister is calling for a global effort to tackle climate change. Experts believe a glacier collapse triggered the initial surge of water on Wednesday.
