Global Alliance Backs Taiwan’s Right to Self-Determination
The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China, a group representing lawmakers from over 30 countries, has strongly pushed back against US President Donald Trump's remarks describing US arms sales to Taiwan as a "negotiating chip" after his summit with Chinese leader Xi Jinping. The global coalition declared that Taiwan is an autonomous democracy, warning that sidelining its people from discussions about their own future seriously undermines global stability.
