Artemis II Crew Returns Home After 10-Day Moon Mission
Four astronauts from NASA’s Artemis II mission have safely returned to Earth after a 10-day journey around the moon. The crew traveled farther from Earth than any humans before and became the first to take part in a crewed lunar mission in over 50 years. Their successful splashdown in the Pacific marks a key milestone in testing systems for future missions aimed at establishing a long-term human presence on the moon.
