Taiwan Leads Asia for Female Lawmakers

Taiwan’s legislature has the highest percentage of female lawmakers of any country in Asia. This year, it edged out lawmaking bodies in Singapore and South Korea with 42.5% women. To mark International Women’s Day, Rath Wang sat down with ruling and opposition party lawmakers Lin Ching-yi, Claire Wang, and Wu I-ding to ask them if gender parity is enough.
