Ruling Party Moves to Define, Counter Cognitive Warfare
Lawmakers from Taiwan’s Democratic Progressive Party have proposed amendments to the National Intelligence Services Act aimed at countering what they describe as “cognitive warfare.” The proposed changes seek to clarify the definition of cognitive warfare and strengthen enforcement measures against it.
