Report: KMT Chair's Visit to China Funded by Beijing-Sanctioned Group
Local media outlet Mirror Media is reporting that main opposition Kuomintang Chair Cheng Li-wun's recent visit to China was funded by a group sanctioned by Beijing. The KMT says it "legally applied" to the foundation for the visit, but did not confirm whether it received funding. The foundation has denied the report.
