Taiwan Coast Guard Probes Suspected Undersea Cable Sabotage
Taiwan's coast guard has detained the captain of a Chinese vessel accused of damaging an undersea data cable from Taiwan to its outlying islands. Telecommunications provider Chunghwa Telecom says services to the area have not been impacted.
