Housing Market Sees Shift As New Homes Increase While Birthrate Falls
With Taiwan's declining birthrate, there may not be enough people to live in all the new properties being built. That's according to a new housing market survey which says Taiwan's major municipalities have already passed the point where the number of new properties is exceeding the number of births per year. The result could be a fall in real estate prices.
