Analysis: Why Do Typhoons Keep Missing Taiwan?

Two typhoons, Doksuri and Khanun, brushed past Taiwan in the last two weeks. But no typhoon has made landfall in Taiwan for almost 4 years. The country relies on the rains regular typhoons bring, and people are starting wonder where they've gone. TaiwanPlus spoke to Chi Ming Peng, meteorologist and CEO of the WeatherRisk Company, to find out.
