Taiwan's Vice President Sees Off Cultural Olympiad Delegations
Taiwan's Vice President Bi-Khim Hsiao says she looks forward to seeing the country's delegation of 22 artists perform at this year's Cultural Olympiad in Paris this summer. Hsiao presented sashes of honor to each delegation at an event organized by the Ministry of Culture in Taipei.
