It also has improved its competitiveness in various sectors, including the brewery, winery, and distillery industry. This industry has blossomed with emerging brewers and local innovations in brewing processes and machinery, a shift of local production from MIT (Made in Taiwan) to BIT (Brewed in Taiwan).
