Alex Honnold stunned crowds in Taiwan's capital after completing a free solo climb of Taipei 101, scaling the country's tallest skyscraper without ropes or safety gear. Thousands gathered in the city’s Xinyi District to watch the American climber, best known for his ascent of Yosemite National Park’s El Capitan, take on the half-kilometer climb.
