Putin Orders Ukraine Military Operation
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister has said a full-scale invasion of his country has begun, after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a military operation in Ukraine's eastern Donbass region. Explosions are now being heard in cities across the country. Putin’s announcement came as global leaders gathered at the U.N. called on Moscow to stand down from the brink. James Chater reports.
