Taiwan and Lithuania Sign Third Joint Aid Package for Ukraine

Taiwan and Lithuania have signed their third joint aid package for Ukraine since 2023, with each country contributing US$5 million to support reconstruction and social resilience. The agreement was signed by Taiwan’s representative office in Vilnius and Lithuania’s Central Project Management Agency. Previous rounds funded school rebuilding, remedial education and a rehabilitation center offering counseling and job support, benefiting more than 1,000 Ukrainian children.

Taiwan and Lithuania have agreed to jointly provide another round of aid to Ukraine.

The agreement was signed on Tuesday by Taiwan’s Representative Office in Vilnius and Lithuania’s Central Project Management Agency. Each side will contribute 5 million US dollars to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and strengthen its social resilience. It’s the third joint aid package from the two countries since 2023. Previous projects have helped rebuild schools, fund remedial education, and establish a rehabilitation center offering counseling and job support. More than a thousand Ukrainian children have benefitted from these initiatives.

Taiwan and Lithuania are teaming up for a third time to provide aid to Ukraine.

The Taiwanese Representative Office in Lithuania and the Central Project Management Agency have signed a new agreement. Each side will contribute 5 million U.S. dollars to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and strengthen its social resilience.

Since 2023, the two countries’ joint efforts have helped rebuild schools, fund remedial teaching programs, and open a rehabilitation center offering counseling and job support.

More than a thousand Ukrainian children have benefitted from the initiatives.
