US: Russian Claims of Withdrawal are 'False'
U.S. and Ukrainian officials have said claims of a Russian withdrawal of troops from the border with Ukraine are untrue – and that thousands more Russian soldiers have arrived in recent days. The Russian announcement of a partial withdrawal came on the same day that the U.S. said an invasion could begin. James Chater reports.
