Translating Culture: A Bridge Between Taiwan and India
How difficult is it to translate between languages in real time? Very difficult indeed! That's why Priya Lalwani-Purswaney, also known as 李眉君, has such a unique perspective on the multiple languages and cultures with which she grew up. ICRT's Trevor Tortomasi speaks with Priya about her work as a simultaneous interpreter of Chinese, English, and Hindi, and her role as a cultural bridge between India and Taiwan.
