ICRT's Trevor Tortomasi speaks with Liam Fanning, the organizer of "Taipei Shorts," a series of short plays produced by the performance community in Taipei. The fourth edition of Taipei Shorts will be running for four shows in January of 2022 and aims to entertain both locals and foreigners alike!
