Adam Yu owns and operates two Taiwanese restaurants and a central kitchen in Vancouver, Canada. He dropped out of high school and made the difficult choice to immigrate to places like Belize and the US before settling down in Canada. He started out as a dishwasher and eventually worked his way into a competitive food and beverage business.
