This trip to Pingtung starts with a blessing at Donglong Temple and then a short ferry ride to Little Liuqiu, a 6.8 square kilometer paradise known as Taiwan’s “Island of Sea Turtles”. At Shanfu Fishing Harbor, beginners and seasoned divers alike will marvel at schools of fish, garden eels, and up-close encounters with the numerous sea turtles in Beauty Cave. This is followed by an enjoyable drift dive through the vibrant coral at Flower Vase Rock.
