Voice gives away much information about a person, such as personality or mood. Wei Shih-fen, a voice coach hailing from Taiwan, has dedicated herself to helping people from all walks of life, including actors and staff of Din Tai Fung, explore and develop their own voices. While the role of a voice coach seems only natural for Wei Shih-fen, it actually took years for her to find her mission. Trained in classical music, Wei Shih-fen aspired to become an opera singer. However, overexerting herself had taken a toll on her vocal core. Through the process of self-healing, Wei Shih-fen found her own voice as well as her mission.
