Si-Ji Village in Yilan has strong Atayal roots. Verchow returns to the place where his mother grew up in order to reunite with long lost relatives and fulfill a childhood dream. His cultural mentor, Chalaw, comes bearing gifts at their first meeting and introduces local musician Ipay Buyici.
