Seqalu: Formosa 1867 - Ep. 3 The Servant
The Qing government at Taiwan-fu falsely claims through an interpreter that the crew was rescued and the indigenous involved were penalized. Charles sees right through it and continues pressuring Qing officials to send troops to Liangkiau. At the same time, local legends in the Seqalu nation intrigue him. He learns more about the local culture through Tiap-moe as he hires her. An army is finally raised by Liu Ming-deng, the Chief Military General of the Qing Empire and heads down to Liangkiau.
