In a climate simulation session, "Moses" goes wrong again, suggesting that the earth would become extremely hot and dried. The glitch confuses the team that tries to find solutions to the data error. Allen sees the error may come from the greenhouse gases data, which is available from the industrial revolution in the 18th century, not from the earth's formation. He types in the figure against JP's disapproval but ends up shutting down the system. Meanwhile, Minister Han makes urban development plans based on profit potential while being blindsided by his secretary, who hides objection letters from the public.
