The third episode brings together different voices that have formed the Taiwanese identity, from Taiwan's authoritarian past victims to the freedom fighters of today's hard-won democracy: survivors of White Terror, those that marched in the Wild Lily Student Movement, the Wild Strawberry Student Movement, and the recent Sunflower Student Movement. When Taiwan's freedoms are undermined, there will always be a group of brave people who stand up to defend this century-old pursuit.
