In commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Taiwanese Cultural Association, the Ministry of Culture and the GACC co-produced the documentary 'Centennial Pursuit.' The three episodes showcase Taiwan's journey in the country's pursuit of its distinct identity, cultural enlightenment, self-determination, and standing in the world in the past century. The first episode starts out in the early 20th century during Taiwan's cultural enlightenment as the Taiwanese identity was born.
