Using a science-fiction fantasy that involves space exploration and time travel, the National Palace Museum explores the importance and the symbolism found in the decoration of the bronzes from the Shang and Zhou dynasties. The film discusses how the patterns helped the people from this time period communicate with the Heavens and their ancestors as well as the casting methods used in the bronzes' creation.
